Shipping and delivery
What are the standard shipping fees?
Republic of Ireland: €9
Northern Ireland: €10
United Kingdom mainland: €15
EU mainland: €20
Rest of the world: €30 – €95
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Remote worldwide locations or Islands may have an additional shipping charge.
What are your shipping times?
Republic of Ireland: 1-2 days
Northern Ireland 1-3 days
United Kingdom: 3-5 days
EU: 3-7 days
Rest of the world: 5-10 days

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK and all other EU countries. We also delivery to many international countries. The list of locations we ship to will be displayed at checkout.
Dispatch times
When you shop on ICW.ie, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. This estimated timeframe can vary based on live stock availability. 99% of products are in stock and ready to ship. Some are custom produced fresh when you place your order. While almost all orders ship within this period, some can take a little longer. Our dispatch team are totally dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible.
Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:
If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday.
If we encounter a stock shortage of one of your items.
If the products are custom produced or large orders. For custom white label or private label orders please contact your account manager for further details on specific dispatch times.
If your order will be delayed we will notify you. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. On busy periods orders may take up to 5 working days or more to dispatch. We’ll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order. Deliveries are unable to be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. In some locations the couriers deliver on Saturdays but this is not guaranteed. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays so simply get in touch if you have any questions.
What shipping companies do you use?
Our standard delivery is by DPD or AnPost registered track and trace courier depending on your location. Both of these options are affordable, secure and efficient delivery methods. DHL is available for certain countries. The options available based on your location or products you ordered will be displayed at checkout.
Where is my order dispatched from?
While the vast majority of orders (90%+) are shipped from Dublin, depending on the particular product or stock levels we may dispatch your order from either our Dublin or Belfast facility and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you. Sometimes items maybe shipped separately to get them to you quicker. On occasion we may have your products shipped to you from the manufacturer or producer direct to your door.
How do I track my order progress?
When you place an order we will email you with details, when payment is received we will email you again to confirm that we have received payment, then once your order is dispatched from ICW.ie, we will send another email confirming your parcel has been shipped with tracking details. If you haven’t got an email with tracking details for your parcel please check your spam folder or contact us for more details.

Do I have to sign for my package?
Yes. All orders are shipped by a tracked courier and a signature is required by the recipient when the package is being delivered. The driver will not leave your package in a letter box or other remote location for security reasons, please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery.
If you are unavailable to accept your package it will be returned to the shipping companies sorting office. It maybe only held here for a short period of time before been returned to ICW. Please ensure you contact the shipping company as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or collection from their depot.
In most cases if you were not there to accept delivery the first time will may need to collect the package for your local deliver office as they may not make a second delivery attempt. If the package is returned to ICW a shipping fee will be incurred to have your order re-shipped. The shipping company may allow you to arrange re-delivery online, check their website for more details.
Can I collect my order from your facility?
Due to security and insurance reasons we no longer allow collections from our facility.
Do you ship orders with discreet packaging?
Yes. Whatever your opinion on legal Cannabis products, a discrete package is more than simply a delivery; it’s our pledge to your privacy and security. We ensure all shipments are packaged very securely and discreetly, with no visible branding or identifying marks on the outer packaging. The sender is not listed on the shipping label for extra privacy.
Ensuring discreet delivery is essential to safeguarding your privacy. If you’re ordering sensitive items or simply prefer to keep your purchases private, our discreet ICW shipping methods always ensure that your package arrives without drawing unwanted attention.
For more added privacy, we can exclude promotional materials, invoices etc, and packing slips from your order, regardless of your circumstances whether you reside with family, getting shipped to your work place, in a restricted area, or for any other personal reason. In this case, only the products will be enclosed in the package, with no supplementary items included. Some items can also be shipped with no label. We are also willing to discuss customised delivery terms if you have special requirements or preferences we will try to accommodate your request if possible. This service is not available for all products. To request this custom service, please send us an email before placing your order.
Delivery delays
ICW have chosen to work with the shipping providers who provide the best overall service in our opinion, and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders. Once your parcel is dispatched from ICW.ie, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred to the shipping provider as this is outside of our control. We currently have a +98% on time delivery rate and we always monitor the performance of our carriers closely to ensure the best possible service for our customers. If your order is delayed, before your contact ICW please track your parcel with the tracking number provided and contact the shipping company by telephone for an update.
Customs and Import Duties:
Orders within the EU are not subject to customs fees or charges. Depending on where your order is being shipped to outside the EU, your ICW order may be subject to Customs and Import Duties. In many cases customs fees are not charged even when outside the EU. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict what these charges will be and these fees are not included in your ICW.ie order total. If charges should apply to your order, you will be contacted directly from the Customs office with details.

How can I see prices?
Prices are only displayed once your ICW account is approved and activated.
Do you only sell to businesses?
Primarily we are b2b trade only. However, exceptions can be made in certain circumstances once particular criteria is met. Get in touch to discuss.
Do I need an account with you to place an order online?
Yes, you will need to open an ICW wholesale account before you can order online.

Payments
Do you have a Minimum Order Value (MOV)?
Yes, we have a standard and variable MOV for stockist and distributors.
However, some products such as white label products for example have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). See individual products for more details or speak with your ICW account manager.
In addition, to keep your ICW account active you are required to place at least one order in a certain calender period. Contact your ICW account manager for more details.

Returns
What is your returns policy?
At ICW we are proud of the quality of our products we provide, we only work with leading Irish brands with proven track record of producing high quality Cannabis products, however, if you find that your product/s arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If an item/s is to be returned to ensure speed and accuracy while processing your returns, you must place the RMA RETURNS FORM inside with product/s, and ship the products back to the designated facility. We suggest to send by recorded post or tracked courier, we are not liable for products sent by regular post or missing items.
Approval for the return must be received prior to the return of the shipment to the Company. This approval must be obtained in writing via email, and this return shipment must be accompanied by your RMA Number. To obtain your RMA number please email sales@icw.ie
Products returned to the company without prior authorisation (RMA Number) will not be accepted or qualify for a product credit or refund and will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

Qualifying items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
In all cases ICW or its suppliers/producers/partners take no responsibility and do not provide refunds, refunds of deposits or accept returns for products that are or have been deemed illegal or banned in your country, or subsequently become banned or have restrictions placed on them after you have placed a deposit or taken ownership. Please ensure you check your local laws and keep up to date with merging legal trends and take legal advice before placing an order or making a deposit.
Items accepted for return after 30 days of the sale date will be provided store credit or a replacement unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non refundable in all cases unless the product becomes unavailable.
In all cases orders returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee if after 30 days.
Items accepted after 30 days maybe refunded by bank transfer to avoid credit card fees.
Items purchased with points are non-refundable.
Free products that are not returned, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the original amount to be refunded. Free products are not refundable.
It’s not our policy to refund for ungerminated seeds in any circumstance.
Payment refunds are processed within 21 working days of receiving returns.
Due to the nature of our products used or opened items will not be accepted for return.

What is your policy on law enforcement data requests?
Your privacy matters. Please understand that ICW takes a cautious approach on record disclosure relating to customers personal information and will not disclose any such records unless required by law. ICW develops an internal system with standard steps to review all requests on producing records. If you have any further questions or intend to serve the proper legal process regarding records producing, please send email to legal@icw.ie
Consistent with the applicable laws, regulations, terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy, ICW will not produce information pertaining to partners or customers without a valid legal and binding process (such as a court order, search warrant or subpoena) properly served. The legal process must include identifying information of accounts, such as name, email address, phone number, and/or transaction ID. Without this information, ICW may not be able to locate the account. ICW reserves the right to object to law enforcement’s requests that are over-broad, vague, or that seek certain highly personal information, which requires a court-signed search warrant.
Emergency Disclosures
If ICW has a good faith belief that an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure without delay of communications or records relating to the emergency, ICW may provide such information to law enforcement. ICW reserves the right to assess whether such requests are urgent and deserve to be prioritised.
Cost Reimbursement
ICW may seek reimbursement for to cost of responding to information requests from law enforcement and legal entities, especially where the requests are burdensome.
