Fulfilment
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. Once you have placed an order with ICW.ie an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails. ICW.ie is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details being submitted.
ICW reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online. If you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us.
Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website (the “Price”) for ICW products (the “Products”) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price listed on the website without notice. These changes may be to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, a promotional price change, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.
The pricing on the website may vary between search results pages, product pages, partner websites and in store prices, however, we make every effort to ensure the prices on our website are correct. The final price of a product is displayed in the basket before you confirm your purchase, either on ICW.ie or on our partner websites. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate, ICW reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 3 – 5 working days of your Account order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Product/s. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility. Refunds
Refunds can only be applied to the original method of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Competitions
Occasionally, we run competitions as part of a campaign in conjunction with the producers. The competition details will be held on the relevant product page. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted unless otherwise stated. The winner will be randomly selected in the form of a draw from customers who pre-order the title and will be contacted by email from sales@icw.ie
The winner’s details will then be passed to the producer (with the winner’s consent), and delivery of the prize will be arranged by them. Prize winners must be residents of the island of Ireland. ICW may terminate, amend, or withdraw this draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time. Entry to the pre-order competition is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. ICW will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value. ICW’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final. By entering the pre-order competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

Returns and Cancellations for Orders with a Promotion or a Discount Code
Returns or cancellations may result in forfeiture of discounts applied at the time an order is placed and you may be responsible to pay any such adjustments.
We will happily exchange any product returned in accordance with our returns policy for an alternative of up to the same value provided it is within the same promotional offer. Payment will be charged for any price difference where any exchanged product is of a higher value. Where any exchanged product is of a lower value, no refund of the price difference will be provided.
Should any item be returned and not exchanged in accordance with our returns policy, a refund will only be applicable where the returned item was not given for free (for example – the cheapest product in a 3 for 2 offer). No refund will be provided for any free items.
If a refund is applicable for a returned item, and as a result the original order no longer qualifies for the promotion (eg. Because you have now only purchased two items from the same 3 for 2 offer; or because you have now only purchase 1 item from the 2 for €10 promotion), the refund you will receive will be the cost of the returned item after the adjustment of the complete order to account for the removal of the promotion.

Email Tracking

We use WICKLOW GREEN as our external payment provider for online credit card transactions at ICW.ie. We don’t store the credit card details on our server. Our payment providers are encrypted using 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

Returns
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special custom produced order) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched unless its a custom produced order. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. Custom produced products are items that have been prepared and packaged specifically at the time for your order.
At ICW we are proud of the quality of our products we provide, howver, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
If an item/s is to be returned to ensure speed and accuracy while processing your returns, you must place the RMA RETURNS FORM inside with product/s, and ship by recorded post or tracked courier back to the designated facility.
Approval for the return must be received prior to the return of the shipment to the Company. This approval must be obtained in writing via email, and this actual return shipment must be accompanied by your RMA Number. To obtain your RMA number please email sales@icw.ie
Products returned to the company without prior authorisation (RMA Number) will not qualify for a product credit or refund and will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

Qualifying items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items accepted for return after 30 days of the sale date will be provided store credit or a replacement unless otherwise agreed.
In all cases orders returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned after 30 days.
Items accepted after 30 maybe refunded by bank transfer to avoid credit card fees.
Items purchased with points are non-refundable.
In all cases ICW or its suppliers/producers/partners take no responsibility and do not provide refunds, refunds of deposits or accept returns for products that are or have been deemed illegal or banned in your country, or subsequently become banned or have restrictions placed on them after you have placed a deposit or taken ownership. Please ensure you check your local laws and keep up to date with merging legal trends and take legal advice before placing an order or making a deposit.
Deposits are non refundable in all cases unless the product becomes unavailable.
Free products that are not returned, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the original amount to be refunded.
Its not our policy to refund for ungerminated seeds in any circumstance.
Returns are processed within 21 working days of receiving them.
Items that are sealed with a security Ziptie that have been opened will not be accepted for return.
Due to the nature of our products used or opened items cannot be returned.
This policy also applies to orders that are cancelled before they have shipped.
Accordance with Specification
Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.

If any manuals or safety instructions are provided with the Products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained there in at all times. Any information contained on the Website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the Products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.

Cost Reimbursement
ICW may seek reimbursement for to cost of responding to information requests from law enforcement and legal entities, especially where the requests are burdensome.
